Dental Hygienist Position in Beardstown, IL

Dental hygienists play a crucial role in maintaining patients' oral health. At Beardstown Family Dental, we are seeking a full-time or part-time licensed dental hygienist to join our team.
About the Role
We offer a flexible schedule and competitive pay to our hygienists. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our doctors to provide high-quality patient care. Our office is located at 507 Washington Street, Beardstown, IL 62618, and we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to dentistry.
Expected Schedule
The expected schedule for this position includes:
- Monday: 7:30am-5pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am-5pm
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 7:30am-5pm
- Friday: 7:30am-12pm

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A current dental hygienist license in Illinois
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
New graduates are encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates should have experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. Additionally, a desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health is essential.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
