Job Description
The Licensed Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make independent decisions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association, and one year of experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides consultation in areas such as environmental design, adaptive equipment, proper positioning of patients to prevent contractures and splinting.
- Administers and writes evaluations of assigned patients in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $50-$53 per hour DOE.
- Sign-on retention bonus of $10,000 (paid out once employment needs are met).
