At Gresham Dental Group, we're on the lookout for a part-time Licensed Dental Hygienist who will thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our general dentistry team, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.


Competitive Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive package that includes:

  • A starting salary of $55-$60 per hour, with additional bonus potential
  • Comprehensive benefits for full-time employment, including Accrual-based Paid Time Off, 6 Paid Holidays, Team Member Assistance Program, Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, 401k with company match, Life insurance, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, Recognition Programs, and Service Discounts
  • A $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus, paid in two installments: 50% upon signing and 50% upon completion of your 6th month

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule that suits your needs. You can work 1, 2, or all 3 days a week, up to a maximum of 24 hours per week.


Your Expertise Matters

We value your expertise and seek candidates who:

  • Hold a current OR dental hygienist license in good standing
  • Are BLS/CPR certified (we cover annual recertification fees)
  • Laser certification (we'll cover certification upon hire if not currently held)
  • Demonstrate knowledge of dental equipment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Align with our mission, vision, and core values

Safety First

We prioritize the health and safety of our team and patients, following CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines. This position requires successful completion of a background check, license verification, and drug screen.
