About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for working in multiple departments within our distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders.
  • Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders, including building and wrapping pallets of products, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects, notifying management of inventory issues and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Return misplaced products to proper storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform inventory control functions as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized skills training/certification may be required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for periods of time, and make repetitive movements.
