About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Houston Engineering. As a Municipal Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop water treatment and distribution systems using CADD modeling software
  • Prepare detailed construction plans and specifications
  • Conduct site development designs and construction cost estimating
  • Perform construction observation and facility inspection
  • Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and regulatory agencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of experience in Civil Engineering
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Revit
  • Aspirations to obtain PE licensure
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
