Job Description

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Exercise Specialist to collaborate with Registered Physical Therapists. This role offers a great opportunity to build a career in the medical field with a supportive company. You will have the chance to participate in our Pre-PT Pathway, which teaches you how to get into Physical Therapy school. If you complete the pathway and work at least 800 hours, you will receive a $3,000 scholarship for PT school and a $5,000 sign on bonus if hired back as a PT after graduation.

This position is ideal for recent college graduates with little to no experience in the medical field who are eager to learn. Our experienced team will train you to be future Physical Therapists, Doctors, Athletic Trainers, or Healthcare Administrators. Your day-to-day will include working with patients to assist with needs, exercises, and check-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with patients to assist with needs, exercises, and check-ins
  • Participate in our Pre-PT Pathway to learn how to get into Physical Therapy school
  • Collaborate with Registered Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Recent college graduate with little to no experience in the medical field
  • Passionate about health and wellness
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to commit to a set schedule
  • Undergraduate degree in a health-related area of study preferred
