Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate complex closings, managing timelines and ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on project finance matters related to the energy transition.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project finance or related financings focused on the energy transition or digital infrastructure.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, and coordinating complex closings.
We offer a competitive salary range of $300,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
