Key Responsibilities:

As a judicial clerk, you will be responsible for handling applications and declarations, summoning parties to hearings, taking minutes in court proceedings, collecting court fees, and determining witness compensation. You will also provide information and facilitate property purchases in your role as a land registry official.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent level of education
  • Completed training with a legal focus (e.g. legal assistant, notary assistant, patent attorney assistant)
