Galen College of Nursing is seeking a motivated Nursing Faculty to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to inspire and foster excellence in nursing education.

Job Summary

This position requires a minimum of two years of clinical experience and a Master of Science in Nursing degree. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to facilitate students' learning and learner development.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and Assessment: Develops and implements effective teaching strategies to facilitate students' learning and learner development.
• Curriculum Development: Participates in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure that the curriculum incorporates established professional standards, guidelines, and competencies.
• Student Support: Provides resources to students that help meet their individual learning needs and serves as a faculty advisor to assist students in short-term program and goal achievement.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active, current, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
• Education: Minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Degree.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
