We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Executive to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted securities fee income goals
- Coach and train licensed retail bankers to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
- Conduct client meetings to review existing accounts and close sales
- Handle daily client needs and problems, prioritizing and delegating tasks to resolve
- Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and develop referrals
- Manage sales planning for self and team to drive sales, client experience, and financial results
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all financial products through self-study and industry research
- Prior brokerage industry experience and relevant licenses (Series 7, 66, 63, and 65)
- Motivated by commission sales, recognition programs, and internal sales competition
- Ability to motivate others in a team environment and transfer knowledge through coaching and teaching skills
- Highly developed knowledge of the securities business, investment products, and financial solutions
- Strong sales and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts
