UCHealth is seeking an experienced Flight RN to join our Air Medical Transport team. As a Flight RN, you will provide critical care services to patients during air and ground transports. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while making a positive impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care during air and ground critical care transports
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care coordination
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• Certified Flight RN credential
• 5 years ICU or Emergency department experience (or combination of both)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
