Responsibilities- Provides physical therapy services under the delegation and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Follows the plan of care and works in consortium with the supervising therapist to achieve the goals and discharge plans established during assessments.
- Assists in the development and participates in patient-oriented programs and community educational services.
- Reports directly to the Manager and receives indirect supervision from the Rehab Medicine Supervisor.
- Graduate of an accredited school with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting.
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Ohio.
