Job Summary

River Crossing YMCA is seeking a skilled Volleyball Instructor to lead our youth volleyball programs and leagues. As a Volleyball Instructor, you will be responsible for organizing participation, leading engaging programs, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement volleyball programs and leagues for youth of all ages and skill levels
  • Lead high-energy and engaging classes, focusing on fun and safety
  • Build strong relationships with program participants and parents
  • Maintain knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children in a high-energy environment
  • Background in competitive or recreational sports, preferably volleyball
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
