Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD, providing individualized ABA therapy sessions and supporting their families.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain ABA therapy practices in accordance with B.E.S.T. Services' standards.
- Work closely with children, parents, and other team members to ensure successful therapy sessions.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to walk, run, and play with small children.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (child).
- Completion of the RBT training process and certification.
- Health Care Plan.
- Dental Plan.
- 401K Plan.
- Part-time to start (advancement available and encouraged).
- Milestone Bonus: $900.
