Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD, providing individualized ABA therapy sessions and supporting their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain ABA therapy practices in accordance with B.E.S.T. Services' standards.
  • Work closely with children, parents, and other team members to ensure successful therapy sessions.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to walk, run, and play with small children.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds (child).
  • Completion of the RBT training process and certification.
