In this role, you'll coordinate the assembly of building material components, such as wall panels and roof/floor trusses. You'll work closely with supervisors to receive instructions and ensure that all materials are correctly placed, clamped, spliced, and fitted by hand and with power tools.

We follow a prioritized production list, which you'll utilize to assign press stations and place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints.

By joining our team, you'll contribute to the efficient production of high-quality lumber products while developing your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
