Job Overview

As a Production Operator I, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of multiple workstations to ensure the production of high-quality components. Your role will involve:

  • Operating up to five distinct workstations or cells to manufacture parts in line with equipment specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Ensuring proper equipment setup according to the designated work instructions and adhering to the established processes.
  • Monitoring machinery to verify that the produced components meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinating the operation of production equipment in alignment with daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Properly labeling all materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the production stages.
  • Maintaining a tidy workspace, adhering to cleanliness standards, including 5S practices.
Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic data entry and fundamental math skills. Ability to operate multiple workstations in the Final Assembly area.
  • Other Skills/Abilities: Capable of reading and comprehending work instructions. Strong attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in English is required, along with effective communication skills. Must be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
  • Note: Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
