About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our team at J. Jackson Law Offices, PLLC. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our attorneys and case managers, assisting in all phases of the pre-litigation case management process.

Responsibilities
  • Field and route incoming calls from current and potential clients
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to qualify clients
  • Manage the client retention process under the guidance of a senior case manager
  • Schedule virtual and in-office consultations
  • Manage attorney calendars
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (verbal and written)
  • 2 years minimum customer service experience
  • Inbound call center experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a sales environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with document management experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
