Penske Body Shop Supervisor Job Description

As a Body Shop Supervisor at Penske Truck Leasing, you will play a critical role in managing and motivating our team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. Your expertise in body shop operations will be essential in ensuring that our fleet of trucks and trailers are returned to our customers in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve exceptional repair and maintenance results
  • Develop and implement effective body shop operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and training to technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in body shop management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights
