Optician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team at Sam\u0027s Club. As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting our products and services.

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, including measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment.
• Sell Optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions and promoting our products and services.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service.
