We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-rise commercial projects, specializing in curtain wall, storefronts, doors, and hardware installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Supervise and lead project teams including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, installations, and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on high-rise projects.
- Proven expertise in curtain wall, storefronts, doors, and hardware installations.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
