Private Chef Opportunity at Rincon Lodge King Ranch

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef to join our team at Rincon Lodge King Ranch. As a Private Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests, including CEOs and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals for 6-12 guests, including lunch and dinner, 80 days between November 1st and March 1st
• Provision high-quality food and prepare meals ranging from Classic Continental Cuisine to Wild Game and Tex-Mex
• Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Private Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end setting
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Verifiable references required

Compensation and Benefits:

• $6000.00 per month + gratuities, room, and board
