This position is part of a team supporting F-16 fighter aircraft Modifications, Upgrades and Overhaul (MUO) repair operations as part of a Contract-Field Team (CFT) designed to support global tasking/operations.

This role will be based at Osan AB, Korea supporting 1st or 2nd shift operations, however travel to other sites prior to relocation may be required based on customer needs.

This position may require travel on short notice as maintenance events occur. Typical shifts Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, subject to change based on customer needs.

2-4 years Quality Assurance experience on Fighter Aircraft in Modification and/or Maintenance environment

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and understand nonconformities as they relate to safety off-flight inspections, procedural breakdowns, and/or program (process) audits
  • Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) internal audit processes

F-16 aircraft maintenance experience

  • 1C associated in aircraft ground operations and maintenance procedures
  • Experienced with conducting Process Compliance Surveillance Program (PCSP) audits
  • Familiar with International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 & AS9100 aviation standards
  • Experience with evaluating process compliance, write/review Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) reports, perform root cause analysis and validate quality processes, responses and plans
  • Quick Response Team or Contractor Field Team experience
  • Excellent organizational, administration, Microsoft Office Suite, and computer skills

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
