Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Key Success Factors:

· Proficient understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and techniques, including Scrum and Kanban, to effectively deliver client solutions.

· Capability to mentor teams in enhancing software development and deployment processes through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

· Proven leadership and management experience.

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Commitment to transparency, visibility, and the utilization of data, evidence, and metrics.

Certifications and Experience:

· Required Certifications: CSM; CSP-SM or PSM I preferred; PSM II preferred; experience or certification in Kanban is advantageous; familiarity with the Spotify model is a plus; experience in SAFe is beneficial; prior roles in Agile Coaching, Project, and Program management are advantageous.

· Tool Proficiency: Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and other Microsoft products; familiarity with collaboration tools such as Mural, Mentimeter, and Slido.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

· Certified Scrum Master or relevant Agile-related certifications.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role.

· Technical background with delivery experience.

· Experience working in regulated environments.
