Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Crew Member to join our team at Cubby's LLC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Take orders in person, via drive-thru, or online, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Operate as a cashier, handling transactions and maintaining a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Assist with lobby duties, including busing tables, food running, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Participate in food assembly and preparation, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with fry cooking duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Hold a current Food Handler's Permit.
  • Prior food service experience is preferred, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
  • Be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.
