Hospice Caregiver

As a Hospice Caregiver with Andwell Health Partners, you will provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in their homes and/or facilities. Your primary focus will be on engaging clients in various activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

• Provide vital signs and personal care services such as meal preparation, feeding, and transfers.
• Assist with ambulation and complete tasks outlined in the Plan of Care.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Interest in helping people live healthier, happier lives.
• Current State of Maine CNA Certification required.
