Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Edward Rose & Sons. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized waste management system
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of facilities, including reporting any issues to management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
