Senior Speech-Language Pathologist Specialist

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Part-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This position offers an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000.
Responsibilities- Assess and analyze students' communication skills to identify potential disorders and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide services in compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
- Coordinate meetings and processes for eligible students, including testing/screening, IEPs, parent conferences, and pre-referral staffing.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, interventions, and educational materials to minimize the adverse impact of communication disorders.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students and seek opportunities for professional development.
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of assignment required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice and participation in Amergis' Competency program when applicable.
- Current CPR certification and TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable.
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, clients, and understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
