**About the Role:**
\Compass Group, North America is seeking a Full Time, Inpatient-Outpatient Clinical Nutrition Team member to join our team at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, Michigan. As a registered dietitian, you will provide medical nutrition therapy for patients on med/surg, critical care, and inpatient and outpatient psychiatric units.
The ideal candidate should be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board in states where required.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Provide medical nutrition therapy, including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population\
- Follow all guidelines outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual\
- Comply with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies\
- Train and mentor patient services staff and interns as applicable\
- Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs

\- A salary of $65,000 per year\
