About the Job

This Project Director position plays a critical role in the success of our EPC projects in North America, requiring a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management, engineering, and construction. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and execute all aspects of the contractual requirements of assigned projects.
  • Supervise construction management and ensure proper coordination of all field activities and resource usage.
  • Support and carry out the Company's strategic plan, goals, and ideas, including level of quality, safety, housekeeping, client relations, subcontractor relations, and general attitude and impression of the company.
  • Build project teams and assist in filling key field staff positions through coordination with department heads.
  • Perform initial post-award contract reviews as required.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and overall management of the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System.
  • Approve QA/QC Procedures/Plans/Work Instructions for implementation on site.
  • Primary contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and A/E contracts.
  • Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site construction supervision to ensure projects are built safely on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.
  • Represent the Company during client, subcontractor, and vendor meetings.
  • Facilitate project strategy and planning, status, and progress meetings.
  • Submit progress reports as per contractual requirements.
  • Intercede as necessary in all aspects of project to ensure the Company's goals are maintained.

Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale EPC projects.
  • Strong customer relationship experience.
  • Able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
  • Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc.
  • Required leadership skills to supervise and motivate project teams.
  • Significant business skill and tact is required.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum.
