MultiCare Health System is in search of an Anesthesiology Specialist to become part of our well-established and flourishing practice at Capital Medical Center. Qualifications

  • Valid Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine license in Washington State
  • Eligibility for board certification or board certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesia
  • Prescription authority licensure in the state and the DEA
  • Credentialed and privileged by Capital Medical Center

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, as well as paid time off. As mandated by various pay transparency laws, we provide a competitive compensation range for candidates in each position. The pay scale is $491,000.00 USD. However, compensation is influenced by various factors specific to applicants, including skill set, experience level, and certifications or education. If this position is linked to a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
