Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to the preparation list established by the head chef.
  • Contributing to the development of the weekly menu, which is refreshed regularly.
  • Accurately measuring ingredients and seasonings for various dishes.
  • Preparing and cleaning ingredients as required.
  • Performing basic cooking tasks, including sauce reduction and food parboiling.
  • Maintaining a hygienic and organized workstation, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring that all food is prepared in a traditional manner.
  • Carrying out additional kitchen duties as directed by the manager or head chef.
