Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Buffalo Center, a 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Buffalo, NY.

About the Role

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • In good standing with State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member and provide excellent patient care
