About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Leader to join our team as a House Supervisor, overseeing the night shift at our state-of-the-art facility. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff during night shifts, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes, aligning with Penn State Health's mission and values.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and respect.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced acute care setting.
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes, reducing errors, and enhancing overall quality of care.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $98,000 - $122,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan.
