Job Description

We are looking for a Christmas Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up bell ringers and kettles to assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the delivery and pickup of bell ringers and kettles to assigned locations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain vehicle(s) in clean and prepared condition for next use, adhering to safety and maintenance standards.
  • Maintenance Logs: Accurately record vehicle maintenance and mileage, reporting any safety or maintenance concerns to supervisor.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Ongoing Tasks: Assist with other seasonal driving responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED (preferred) or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and basic computer skills.
  • Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license with chauffeur's endorsement and pass The Salvation Army Motor Vehicle (MVR) check. Complete Safe From Harm training and maintain certification as needed.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
