Concrete Laborer

Aerotek is seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our team in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling rebar, reading tape measures and blueprints, and utilizing hand tools and power tools with proficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong attendance record, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Assembly and Installation: Assemble rebar to fit inside molds for concrete pipes and other structures.
• Tape Measure and Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret tape measures and basic blueprints to ensure accurate installation and assembly.
• Material Handling: Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50lbs.
• Tool Utilization: Utilize hand tools and power tools with proficiency.

• Education and Experience: 6 months to a year of experience in manufacturing, concrete, or construction.
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong attendance and reliability, willingness to assist in various tasks around the facility, and a strong understanding of basic safety protocols.

This is a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled. The first shift starts at 6am and lasts 8-10 hours, Monday through Friday.
