LPN Homecare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a LPN Homecare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
