We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Avalon Care Center at Northpointe in Spokane. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Under the supervision of the registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, or other health care provider authorized by the state, you will participate in the development, implementation, and modification of the comprehensive plan of care for facility residents.
  • You will practice within the legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by the state for the delivery of patient care and related services.
Qualifications:
  • You must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the practicing state.
  • You must demonstrate understanding that state and Federal rules and regulations govern the practices within the facility.
  • You must demonstrate working knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
  • You must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements of either having been vaccinated or present documentation needed for a medical or religious exemption.
  • Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics are preferred.

Compensation:

The minimum pay for this position is $38.00, and the maximum pay is $46.15. Placement within the wage range is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.
