Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with medication management, as directed by licensed nursing staff.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence by encouraging and assisting with daily activities, such as eating, dressing, and mobility.
- Develop and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or currently enrolled in a CNA program.
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
