Job Title: Clinical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at MercyOne Northeast Iowa. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant Diploma or LPN/RN license required.
  • 6-month experience in a clinic setting preferred.
  • Intermediate language, intermediate math, intermediate reasoning ability; basic computer skills; ability to work with diverse groups of people; ability to effectively interact with other health care professionals and the public; ability to present a positive image; ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
