The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and coordinate patient-centered care across the continuum
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to create a safe and exceptional patient experience
  • Provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current IL RN license
  • BSN preferred, ADN acceptable with agreement for nurses with less than 12 months of experience to enroll in BSN completion program
  • Current AHA CPR certification
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts in order to accommodate staffing
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
