Qualifications:
  • Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar
  • Substantial experience in Probate & Trust Administration, including contested matters
  • LLM in taxation or estate planning and/or Board Certification is preferred
  • An AV rating is a plus
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience managing a full caseload
