Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating empathy and care in all interactions, and actively resolving potential service issues.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by store management.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pharmacy personnel, photo and beauty teams, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient store operations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new CVS services and loyalty programs, and enthusiastically promote them to customers.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: At least 16 years of age.
  • Physical Demands: Remain upright on the feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
