Tax Consultant

H&R Block is seeking an experienced Tax Professional to join our team. As a key member of our tax preparation services, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools. Your primary goal will be to prepare complete and accurate tax returns while generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients using various communication channels, including video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare and submit accurate and complete tax returns within established deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to generate business growth by upselling and cross-selling H&R Block's services.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
