Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, relocating merchandise, and performing general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Receive and process incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls
• Perform general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership through ongoing communication and exchange of information
• Provide input to warehouse management regarding changes to improve processes
• Inspect product, consult with warehouse management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues
• Act and decide independently within the delegated area of responsibility
• Assist warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures
• Follow the ergonomic program according to established procedures
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines in performance of essential job functions
• Notify management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic equations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
