Key Responsibilities

As an Artisan Cheese Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Guiding customers in selecting artisan cheeses and related products for everyday meals and special occasions.
  • Staying informed about culinary trends and the diverse world of cheeses, charcuterie, and gourmet accompaniments.
  • Conducting in-store tastings and creating unique pairings.
  • Designing beautiful cheese platters and gift baskets.
  • Ensuring proper handling, storage, and presentation of cheese products.
  • Managing inventory, including receiving deliveries and logging invoices.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Cheese Shop, adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
