Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations of building systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including inventory management and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize facility operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
- At least two years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials, and work at heights.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
