Burger Artisan

Burgersmith is seeking a skilled Burger Artisan to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality burgers and other menu items to order.

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Grill Operation: Operate the grill to cook burgers and other menu items to perfection.
• Workstation Setup and Breakdown: Set up and break down your workstation at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Assistance and Teamwork: Assist other kitchen staff members as needed, and work collaboratively to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the walk-in freezer and surrounding areas.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
