We are seeking a skilled Nursing Staff to join our team at Idaho Employer. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support services.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and surgeries.
- Assist healthcare professionals with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Perform patient triage and enter nursing charges into the billing database.
- Review patient charts, check patients in, and obtain and record vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and apply sterile dressings.
- Participate in in-service education programs and maintain records for immunizations and lab results.
- Maintain and stock inventory of office and clinical supplies.
- Educate patients on health-related issues and coordinate follow-up visits.
- Practice safety and infection control methods.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited LPN, Nursing Assistant, or Medical Assistant program.
- A valid State of Idaho LPN license, CNA license, or MA certification.
- CPR certification.
We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50 - $24.50 DOE, as well as a $500 sign-on bonus after 1,040 hours worked and 6 months of employment. You will also be eligible for quarterly bonuses up to $520.
