Culinary Specialist

Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, residents, and staff while maintaining high standards of quality, sanitation, and safety.
- Assist with set-up, service, and clean-up of food production.
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and regulatory agencies as it relates to food service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Food handlers license preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work flexible schedule and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
