efficiency in our manufacturing processes. As a Manufacturing Fabrication Supervisor, you will be

tasked with overseeing and coordinating the efforts of production personnel, ensuring that

production goals are achieved while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the activities of production staff, including task assignments,
progress monitoring, and providing necessary guidance and support.

  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and achievement of targets
within set timelines and quality benchmarks.

  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality
assurance, and production effectiveness.

  • Perform regular assessments of machinery and equipment to guarantee optimal performance
and identify maintenance or repair requirements.

  • Onboard new team members on production methods, safety measures, and quality expectations,
while providing continuous coaching and development for existing personnel.

  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure availability of
materials and components for production as required.

  • Work alongside other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and
maintenance, to address production challenges and implement enhancements.

  • Maintain precise records of production activities, including output metrics, quality
control data, and employee attendance and performance.

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production staff.


  • Conduct performance assessments for production personnel and provide constructive feedback on
areas for enhancement and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a fabrication setting, with a minimum of 2
years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools, emphasizing
lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to motivate and inspire a
team towards shared objectives.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under
pressure.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing
software tools.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively
engage with employees at all organizational levels.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting
priorities and deadlines.

  • Must possess five years of experience in both press operation and laser operation.
